Episode 22: These Dead were made for Walkin'...

Season 3 of The Walking Dead, AMC's zombie-rific phenomenon, rolls on toward it's big finale.  Post-Apodaclypse hosts Tim Watts and Michael O'Connell "walk" (see what we did there?) you through the episodes "Clear", "Arrow in the Doorpost" and "Prey".  The war between our gang of survivors and the peoples of Woodbury seems unavoidable now, and if this show has taught us anything, it's that there's no way to know who's going to make it through to the other side alive.  Join us for all of the (deliciously) gory details.

Episode 21: Un Niño y Su Perro

In 1984, Don Johnson would become one of the most recognized faces in the world when Miami Vice hit the TV screen.  But in 1975, he was busy wandering the post-nuclear wastelands with a telepathic dog, searching high and low for popcorn and (non-consensual) love.  Before Max got Mad and took the Road to Thunderdome, the cult classic A Boy and His Dog, based on the 1969 novella by Harlan Ellison, showed us a world gone crazy after the bombs stopped dropping.  Join Post-Apodaclypse hosts Tim Watts and Michael O'Connell as they examine this unique (and frankly, quite messed up) film.  Trust them.  They have...good taste.

PLEASE NOTE:  This episode does have some audio problems, which have now been resolved on future episodes.  Our apologies and our hopes that they do not detract from your listening pleasure.

Episode 20: Remember the Titan (AE)

In the year 2000, famed animator Don Bluth created what, thus far, has turned out to be his last animated feature film.  It starred such voice talents as Matt Damon, Bill Pullman and Drew Barrymore, and was called Titan AE. Mixing old-school animation with late 1990s computer animation, and with a fat indie rock soundtrack, the film was a huge financial failure for Fox Animation.  But is it worth seeing all these years later?  Join Post-Apodaclypse hosts Tim Watts and Michael O'Connell as they rap about this tale of Earth's orphans seeking survival and rebirth among the stars.

PLEASE NOTE:  There were sound problems recording this episode, so we apologize for them in advance.

Episode 19: Those Funky (12) Monkeys

In 1995, director Terry Gilliam gave us the strange, riveting film 12 Monkeys, in which a prisoner (Bruce Willis) in a post-apocalyptic dystopian future is sent back in time to gather information on the man-made plague that wiped out most of humanity, aided by the lovely Madeline Stowe and the clearly insane Brad Pitt.  In 2013, hosts Tim Watts and Michael O'Connell talked about it.  So, both are historic dates in entertainment.  Join the Post-Apodacylpse duo as they break down the film, plus discuss the recent Academy Awards and the greatness of William Shatner.
